Carol J. Hutchins, President of NOVA Rentals, LLC has more than 20 years of business management and marketing experience. She is the first female owner/operator in EagleRider history. Carol grew up on the south side of Chicago in a family owned retail business environment. Her father owned and operated a pharmacy where Carol learned retail business operations first hand. She recalls standing on a milk crate to reach and operate the cash register. Known for her ability to organize anything, Carol anchors the day-to-day administrative aspects of this business.
Roger B. Hutchins, CPP is an ASIS Board Certified professional service executive with more than 24 years of experience. Roger is the General Manager of EagleRider Winchester. Roger is involved in most operational aspects of the business including day-to-day operations, performing maintenance of the equipment and leading tours.
Roger is an electrical engineer by education. After several years of international business practice in China, Malaysia, Thailand and Saudi Arabia, Roger experienced a renewed interest in motorsports. This started with restoration of his 1975 Datsun 280Z that prompted a surge in all things mechanical. The renewed interest in motorsports and related activities was a natural occurrence and is directly related to his childhood experience. Roger's father was an accomplished Operating Engineer, mechanic and Renaissance Man. He built racing go-carts in the late 60's and eventually allowed Roger to start riding a mini bike at age 9.
Roger started riding Harley’s in 1980. His first Harley was an AMF era Sportster and today his bikes include a Heritage Softail Classic and an Electra Glide Ultra Classic. The Ultra has been upgraded extensively including the Screaming Eagle Stage III 103” build making just over 100 HP on the dyno.
Carol and Roger have had the extraordinary good fortune of traveling the world over for both business and pleasure. Along the way, they have developed a keen sense of what adventure touring means to people. While destinations are important, the journey is what changes a person’s life. They recognize that a bad experience on the journey will destroy the value of the destination. They understand that any failure to deliver necessary and quality service will ruin the customer experience.
"Much more than a couple coming together in a business venture, we believe that our combined professionalism, love of riding and "likeminded spirit" will produce a huge family of happy and satisfied customers." |
